I’m not talking about organic or green juice. If I make most of my food from scratch like pizza dough and dressings or if I cook my own dishes and stay away from pre-made frozen food or fast food, is that considered healthy? Do I have to catch my own fish or can I just shop from a grocery store, would that still be considered healthy? Is it really about which brands I choose or where I buy from? I feel like most people just think too hard on this or is American choices actually terrible compared to the rest of the world?
