Hi.

I have a peculiar problem. I want to run a proxy that does the following.

External IP like 257.33.22.1:9000.

I have a program that doesn't like non localhost ips so I was thinking If its possible to have 192.168.29.1:9000 that goes to the external one?

So 192.168.29.1>>257.33.22.1.

I do not need tunneling, reverse of it maybe.

Any windows based Foss software?

That's the entire requirement.

I do not want the windows program to think its connected to an external IP. That's it.
