No one is going to get a biopsy after testing positive once. A positive test would mean you go to a doctor for a proper mammogram, THEN maybe a biopsy.

I'm sure it's nothing personal. For instance, I've been using Sync for reddit for over 10 years as my primary method of accessing reddit, so I know this is going to make me a lot more comfortable using Lemmy.

It's funny how fans of the free market assume that anyone can just pick up and leave, ignoring how godawful expensive that act is in itself. What about family and friend ties?
