Actually this just refers to the color of their fur. I'd say that a blonde white man and a white read head are the same color, just their hair has a different color.

Maybe I wouldn't, but I would definitely complain if this was a very new feature available in higher end GPUs.
DX12 is also software, it's easily update able and modern hardware supports it.
But in the end I don't give a fuck, since I just won't play doom then.
And you didn't even go into the network side of things, where Microsoft nearly forces you whitelist everything on the firewall, since they change like weekly, which IPs or URLs they want whitelisted, sometimes even going through third-party datacenters. And of course their documentation only gets irregular updates and can't be easily parsed.
