I think it's funny when boycotts fail in general, I don't care what genitals you have or don't, what your pronouns are. It's objectively hilarious when boycotts fail, especially when the groups are so freaking confident it will work.

The odd silence is the other people in the office who just remain silent or they'll get chewed out by the very vocal minority. I feel for the trans community, you lot are a minority within a minority but have a terrible image because of the screaming idiots in your camp garner all the attention.

However it's objectively funny that the boycott catastrophically failed despite all the initial clout and hype for the boycott. Same thing when right wingers call for boycotts.

B-b-but the boycott!

I remind been in work (very geeky environment) with people patting themselves on the back about the boycott. There's an odd silence that comes when a very vocal anti Rowling person bangs the drum but its the usual very loud minority.

I'd love a trad wife or frankly to be a trans trad wife? Basically I'd love myself or my wife to be able to not have to work and actually be able to spend time cooking meals and doing household chores, so we actually have more time with each other at the weekends.

Kids are cheap to feed plus you eat their leftovers, so it's a win win.

This is called greenwashing.

I made some pancakes with a total of 15g of sugar. This produced 4 pancakes, so less than 4g of sugar per pancake. These were sweeter tasting than the cupcakes i made which had 10g each of sugar.

What's going on?

Hi

I installed a circular flap on my ducting for my bathroom vent. This was because outside air was spilling into the bathroom. I've installed a round flap on the ducting which is meant to sit closed unless the the extractor fan pushes air against it to open. It does work but also air from outside seems to swing it open, so I can hear it flap open and close during windy spells.

It's located in the loft about 20cm after the extractor unit, with the remaining 1m og ducting going into the sophet fascia before exiting downwards outside.

Is this something as silly as putting the flap on backwards? I assume not as the flap would be closed when the fan is on and there hasn't been any extractor issues.

I'm always sus of trades, so why did the Bengals trade Bates?

Twitter top hash tag right now is nfl takeover but it's just pages of bitcoi bros, cougars/onlyfans and Arabic spam.

Is something actually happening in the nfl, is there a merger or some rich boy buying the entire league?

I've started seeing pornography, as in dicks and cunts within a cursory scroll of whats trending, and certainly more repeated spam for buying vitamins, or redirects to win an iphone etc.

Whats going on here?

Lemmy appears to be very similiar to Mastodon, with decentralised servers to prevent musky spezulence.

Just a bit confused as i've tried Mastodon using the Tusky app and it felt like twitter but decentralised, whilst Lemmy feels like reddit but decentralised but language such as fediverse is shared.
