To be fair, not just a problem with modern Christians, if you read 'Daemonology' by James the 1st (of England, 6th of Scotland and the one who wrote/edited the King James bible version) he took it quite literally too.

I'm still not sure if it's a case of 'wilful ignorance' of the bits they don't like, or a 'Forest Gump' "stupid is as stupid does" - probably both, with a sprinkling of grifters thrown in.

He wrote it as a response to the "proliferation" of witches in England - so with no agenda at all! /s

Just speculation, but it might be that it's "not onion-y" because it is completely believable and "par for the course" of the US's relationship with Israel, despite the irony.

Might do better in "Awful Everything" or "A Boring Dystopia" as at least they'll appreciate the nihilistic depression of it??

But, don't know for sure, just speculation...

Nowt wrong wi' that! My Mam used to make mi' Dad Rhubarb & Custard Yorkies - he was from Huddersfield and she was from Sheffield; an you can't get more Yorkshire than that!

You don't need to have sweet batter though, just sweet fillings! Lovely!

Apart from that, have to agree with everything [email protected] says - Def delish!
