I dunno Ford backed down from his 25% electricity export surcharge right away... Let's get a plan between the feds and provinces and coordinate in executing the retaliations. Then when T[rump] slaps 50% steel and aluminium tariffs Quebec and NFLD adds a electricrity surcharge to their exports.

This post is trash, I'm lucky I clicked to read the dumb comment. I scrolled read it and up voted because it made sense. I then clicked and saw the dumb comment part of it, so I had to down vote it.

Wonder if this will end up like Ford's 25 percent surcharge on electricity? They should have coordinated on these things.

This looks pretty awesome.

With the tariff threats and bird flu impacting American mega bird farms and driving prices up for them, I'm curious. Has Schadenfreude and more affordable eggs in Canada increased our typical egg consumption? Anyone know where such stats would be found?

Only thing is our Discovery co-op in the Battlefords is so expensive for groceries. Plus a lot of their Gold products are made in the USA. We love being members but, buying groceries isn't really an option because of the cost.

This was such a gross version, it was like she never sung it before.

The Town of Battleford flooded some paths in their Kramer campground for skating! It looks amazing and looks like they left some wood at a firepit for people to warn up at.

Rush crushed Rochester tonight!

It already feels like four years and it's only the start of February 2025.

Looks great do you have a picture of it cut with the fillings?

Ooooh this was a good one. Broth was made with veggie broth, coconut cream, fish sauce, soy sauce, Brown sugar, garlic, ginger, paprika, and gochujang.

I just learned today Az-matic is rapper from the Battlefords. I've added his Spotify but he is also active on YouTube. He is ok but, he is young so here is hoping he keeps improving.

Awesome, thanks for finding it. Too bad it's not in production anyone. It's a great sweater, Christmassy and Who-ey without being in your face about it.

Hi, would anyone be able to help me find where I could find a Doctor Who Christmas sweater? I'm looking for the one Ellie Littlechild from Who Culture is wearing in her ups and downs review of "Joy to the World." Thank you 😄

Yeah they drench it, and it's amazing. There is a whole stance you take to eat it too keep clean.

From Pizzeria Due we enjoyed the 50/50 Chicago deep dish pizza! Great atmosphere in that little joint an that pizza was great.

Over the holidays we drove from Saskatchewan to Columbus, Ohio for a wedding. We spent Christmas in Chicago and got to enjoy wet hot Italian beef sandwiches. Wow, they were great! A big thanks to my wife who found the place, Al's #1Beef.

First off here is the recipe, https://www.joshuaweissman.com/post/fermented-hot-sauce

It's a great mild sauce, I added like 4 Thai peppers I had to this. I would definitely kick up the heat next time I make this. But, with that said it's a yummy sauce.

I didn't have chicken but I had pork so I made these. It was amazing. Recipe https://khinskitchen.com/chinese-chicken-balls-with-sweet-and-sour-sauce/#recipe

I just put the scraps in the pot, fill the pot with water add just a bit of salt then bring to a boil then let it simmer for a few hours.
