You can get pretty fast at spatchcocking a chicken and getting it ready to roast.

My favorite is a lemon pepper chicken over mushroom risotto. Feels fancy, doesn't break the bank, is easy to pull together, and doesn't leave many dishes.

Trump won mostly because of an apathetic Democrat voter. We don't need to win over republicans, we need to energize people who didn't vote.
