Geez, I delayed tonight's shower by literally crouching on the bathroom floor for, like, almost 3 hours playing through a couple of modes in the full game (beat Raid on Hard on my first time and then continued Random); I finally caved and bought this on the Play Store instead of anything in Steam's spring sale, ironically, and have no regrets lol. The only other game that gripped me this much in the past 12 years was FTL: Faster Than Light. I gotta pull myself away from this thing, lol!

The problem is how aggressive it is with its Personal Dictionary use; it auto-applies shorthand instead of requiring you to tap in the autocorrect pane. I've sorta gotten used to it, but it's quite a departure from every other keyboard I've ever used.

Unfortunately, Draw has generally been horrible at editing PDFs for me; the immediate change of fonts making the doc entirely unusable...

Is there anyone using Pixelfed for that?

I would like to, but I've been unsuccessful at influencing people to migrate. But it's the only federated counterpart to Instagram, so I think it's still worth trying to propagate among our circles.

eventually I’ll probably meet someone who uses Pixelfed in real life.

Hey, I'd be glad to show you around Milwaukee if you ever visit!

What?! That's insane... I can't even think of any app or game or anything that costs that much... I guess unless you buy an IAP for some bulk subscription for a year or more or something, but that'd have to be an incredibly useful or business-needed service...

Fully agreed, and apparently this is rare. Marry me! lol.

Hmm. Well, it was helpful for me; $9 USD fell to $7, and this particular game's dev has said it will never go on sale. Frankly, given how incredible it is (and how generous he is with its demo that has no time limit), I agree that it shouldn't!

Thanks, though I've already watched it and... KFH is light years ahead! I really look forward to KFH 2.

Man, I sure learned a lot about bouncer life from all this—like how it's absolutely not for me! Kudos to you and your group for your collective work, and stay safe out there; no more fractured ribs!

I'm open to running it, though I haven't had real poutine yet! Do your southern anti-Trump neighbors qualify?

Well, an additional problem with this Lenovo ThinkPad is that its "A" key is coming loose if not pressed on the rightmost side. I've also dropped it 3x from over a foot's distance (knocked off a table, etc.), which damaged its Bluetooth receiver. So I'm wondering if it's even still worth maintaining...

It's definitely got 2×256 GB SSDs in it, though they're also all from 2016-17, hence my predicament of sorts...

Interesting, thanks, I'll have to check it out! I did think it was kind of strange that Akira wasn't the focus, but I wondered if it might've been something like "The Legend of Zelda" focusing on Link, haha.

In Boost, many-column tables have a certain minimum width and their own horizontal scrolling separate from the rest of the post.

When I hold on a word to start highlighting text, the delay appears to be longer than what I had set my phone to. I didn't know that an app can override this setting. Could it be set to follow it?

I've been recommended TNG, DS9, and Voyager, and have been told that the rest pale in comparison.

Thunder has been making me feel right at home relative to Reddit, personally! [email protected]
