I don't know where you're getting Pano Scrobbler from. But I install quite a few apps through Obtainium. You can paste the link to e.g. the github page and it will automatically install and update your app. Obtainium is on Fdroid or you can get it from github aswell.

I use APlayer from Fdroid. The last update was in July 2024 so not that new aswell. It shows lyrics automaticaly. But there trackers in the app.

I'm also using openSUSE for about a year now. I came frome Ubuntu -> Manjaro -> Fedora -> openSUSE I love it so far.

I'm a bit late to the party but I'm in love with Zaqq recently. They are barefoot shoes but they offer some quite nice designs. The shoes are handcrafted in Germany and made with high quality materials. I cant say something about the long term yes but I believe with the proper care they could last years.
