Can anyone explain to me why POTUS has so much power in the US rather than being held in check by all other institutions, it seems like a single bad apple can ruin the whole country and the system should be able to prevent this? Like why do institutions ignore what SCOTUS rules, just because POTUS says so?

Trump told his friends to short their stocks, announced tarifs to crash the economy, they all made tons of money.

Had everyone buy low, announced pause on tarifs, made tons of money again.

I really hope its that way, and not just trump being batshit crazy and having no idea or plan what to do.

Must be some hell of insider trading, shorting the stock and driving reddit to the ground cause there is no other explanation why they would keep making more stupud decisions

Could be seen as obstruction, they will likely detain you and send you back where you came from ater a few days or weeks...all comes down to the mood the officer is currently in.
