The increase in ear and nose hair is the only part of aging I despise, appearance wise. I don't mind grays or wrinkles, but having hair sprouting out of my nose and ears is not only unsightly, but they can be physically bothersome as well. If you're not interested in children or finished having them, I highly recommend a vasectomy using modern techniques. It's a quick outpatient procedure with very small incisions. While all surgery carries risk, it is very low risk. Best $100 (with insurance) I ever spent.
