I think Rubén is working with boost for reddit as a base and modifying the API requests to accomodate lemmy ones so, if that's the case, the chances that this is actually posible are very high.. Let's hope thats the case!!

Whst if you make the bottom bar iPhone like? I mean, a long pill with the same rounded borders as the cards?

OK, the swipe does not work for me, but double tap is working, only if the swipe option is enabled (if turned off while double tap enabled, does not work). Is weird..

I, thunder team! I have 2 suggestions in mind to improve the already good quality of the feed navigation:

  • ability to hide the top bar, or that it hides automatically when scrolling.
  • swipe the bottom bar left to right to access the menu where are all your subscriptions. (I see this is as an option, but dunno if that's the specific use or it has another one).

Also, another thing I have in mind is the ability to save unfinished posts, but I don't know the best way to handle that, maybe cache..

Anyways, keep up the good work!

Something that also worked for me was to clear all data from android options, so another thing to try..

I think cache the list of comments (if there's at least an unique identifier to use as reference) on viewed posts and compare to a new request could be a solution, but I don't know how the api works, so all this is assumptions on how I would handle this problem.. I think you would find a solution to this soon!

After using the app in only dark themes and accidentally setting the phone in day theme, I just have to say that the white on thunder is really clean, minimalist, beautiful!

I cannot wait to see what a year or two of development can do to the already good experience!

Well, 5 minutes in and the app is really smooth! The stutter and lag in the comments are no longer a thing.. Maybe you could consider options to further personalise the accent and other app colors, but take your time and do what you consider priority over this request..

Gonna keep testing the added features!

Like 3 months ago I bought Mi first dedicated graphics card: an used rx570 and, after many years on my list, I grab Black Mesa in discount like 2 weeks ago.. That and doom 2016 are the games I'm into right now...

I would say you could download the appimage (one file executable for Linux) from this page, releases section (would chose 36xx versions) : https://github.com/pineappleEA/pineapple-src Then, if there's a specific game, you could search for the configuration on another forums, or even in the official yuzu web page you could try search (there are recommended config for some Nintendo games, like Mario oddessey, zelda, etc)

Just remember these files are early access and not stable version, so you might encounter some bugs..

If you need more help, I'll try to as best as I can..

The app feels amazing! One thing that I personally want is the possibility to share images, gif or videos as they are, not only as a link to the post..

Other than that, I'm switching from connect!
