Same. I won't watch the season until I complete my streaming service rotation...
I rotate them like quarterly.
It more or less was to be honest.
If I remember correctly the wachowskis were about to lose some rights to Warner Bros or Warner had to remake to not lose rights or so.
Therefore the one Wachowski sister did that one... That's similar to a lot of the direct to dvd sequels that are done by disney. They remain to hold the rights.
(Please correct me if I am wrong)
The use of homemade in the title kinda degrades the effort. Taiwan is a highly technological nation. As everything new it will have its kinks but homemade sounds like goobled together...

Honestly it was enjoyable but to me completely misses the point of book 1's journey.
Did Aang learn waterbending? No. Did Katara try to/struggle with teaching him while she was learning herself? No. Was Katara the strong female lead she was in the show? Basically the heart of the show? No.
Also I find the acting subpar. The more cold-ish faces clashing with experienced actors that embrace the goofiness is meh...
