the largest problem with older TV's isnt the resolution. even on my 75" its hard to tell the difference between 4k and 1080p... But HDR is amazing, it really blows me away each time a scene lights up!

But you may have those 22 minutes, forever, if you are lucky.

Reward your friends, punish your enemies. Trump showing that he views Russia as an ally, and Canada as a threat.

Yes, I'm sure Russians believe that invading another nation and sending their children to die is "defensive." After all, they're fed the propaganda of the fascist dictator, Putin. Just as the people of North Korea are made to believe the outside world is evil...

spoiler: it isnt. HumanSpiral is a huge pro-war, pro-russia simp.

I bought several Sonoff mini4r to add some automation to my lights, and wanted to post a short review:

Pros:

  • price is excellent. Got 5 for <$50 cad.
  • Size is amazing, itsy Bitsy.
  • Build quality feels good.
  • Should be easy to flash, if my soldering skills were better, with exposed pads.
  • Connected to my home wifi quick and easy.
  • SonoffLAN easily picked them up, with full control.
  • Detached relay mode works great, with switch fallback if wifi goes down.
  • quick response time, under a second.

Cons:

  • only rated for 10-12 amps, means I can't install this on switch controlled outlets.
  • wish it had headers for flashing.
  • wifi only, wish there was a ZigBee model.

In the end, I'm likely to buy more, and some Shelly units for where I need 16-20 amp relays.

Whose planning on upgrading from the Q2 to a Q3?

It seems like a lot of incremental upgrades, but it's a LOT of incremental upgrades.

Cost is definitely a lot higher than I like, close to 2x what I paid for my Q2

Been trying to get my Nightwatch army painted up, and im really happy with how this guy is turning out! Just needed to share.

I listened to the episode, and its genuinly horrifying how big auto's pushing of bigger and bigger cars just keeps killing, and the majority of people seem to go "eh, thats just the way it is"

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a thought. Occasionally, I stumble upon one of the flying island with a small pool teeming with a handful of fish or spot a group of ostriches roaming.

Now, I fully understand that this is merely a video game, and that these non-playable characters will respawn after the first blood moon as the game resets its content... However, I can't help but feel a twinge of hesitation when contemplating the idea of stripping the land bare, removing the fish, plants, and trees for a quick boost or, more likely, yet another ancient arowana for my sack (I've lost count at this point!).

Does anyone else experience this bittersweet melancholy when immersed in virtual worlds? do you take everything, or just what you need?

Shot this with my S22 Ultra during my honeymoon, and its easily the best pic I’ve ever taken!

We both rode the train one day, and then returned to see it pass. Highly recommend!
