In the 1970's Exxon not only knew about climate change due to the burning of their fossil fuels, they accurately predicted global warming projections. And studies by their internal scientists continued to predict and verify global warming in a bunch of reports between 1977 and 2003. Yet they still continued to lobby against renewable energy and admitted that they still aggressively fought climate change science.

Beyond Pod hasn't been updated since January 2021. It used to be the best podcast app by far, but is now quite buggy and broken on newer versions of Android.
AntennaPod is what I use now. A fantastic app that is free, no ads, and completely open source.

I used the paid version of BeyondPod for many years, but it doesn't seem to be supported anymore. The last update was January 2021, and it doesn't play well with newer versions of android.
I finally switched to AntennaPod and it has been such a better experience.
How is the software experience with Fairphone? Is it generally pretty stable and bug free?
No, they still have the alert slider. It wasn't on the OnePlus 10, but they brought it back on the 11 and it looks like it will be included on the upcoming 12.
