I see your point. Not sure about the portion of bad vs good, but I've seen both, for example about the drive by wire stuff. There was some genuine interest in the CT before we actually got to see how much of a POS it really was.

TBH, it's gotten a lot of press, much more than most cars, ev's or not. Much of it negative though, so not calling it hype is valid.

They might not be able to say anything. Advertising contract might have a clause saying they can't speak of the details of their deal, or speak negatively about the sponsor.

Mariette Lindsteins "Pako Kultista" (or Lång väg hem Mina 25 år i sekten) that tells of her life in the scientology cult, almost finished it. Couldn't find if it had an English translation. It's chilling to listen to how the members are thoroughly abused, controlled and forced to become husks of themselves.

Not really. Ads aren't gonna dissappear, with Mozillas tech, they'd at least be more private than what Google will implement.

Pdf files are a prime vector for malware. One of the most reliable ways to get a virus in a system seems to be sending a gimmicked pdf and social engineer it so it's opened.

I've always kinda wondered how recruiters computers aren't swimming in malware.
