Hello. I don't know where to post this and thought this would be the best place for my question.

As of today, I am no longer able to stream music on Qobuz when I have a VPN enabled. At first I thought they had a problem with their servers and tried to re-login, but then Qobuz told me that I am not allowed to log in with an active VPN.

I tried changing the country, but nothing worked.

I hope this is not the case. I switched to Qobuz because they are based in France and pay the most per stream. I don't want to go back to Tidal (based in the US) just to be able to keep my VPN enabled.

Brutus. Stefanie Mannaerts is the lead Singer and drummer. Simultaneously! She is absolutely amazing and has so much power in her Voice. My favorite Band of 2025.

I would say 16 GB is the bare minimum. Oblivion for example needs about 10 GB, If you have discord, your Browser, and 1-2 other programs running in the background simultaneously, you will easily reach your limit.

Oblivion needs about stable 10GB with max settings on my System.

Ohh I tried it myself last year for a BBQ, but I didn't managed the seasoning so it tastes very blank. But I think if you let it soak the marinade for few hours it would taste great! Do you have a quick tip for me?

Ohh yess the beyond pattys are pretty solid!

Which "products" give you a hard time? What helped me, was trying a lot of different products. Took me about 1 year to completely ditch every non vegan food. But you have to learn that you don't need to finde THE product which 100% matches the "original" but rather look for products that you like. Try to realign your eating habits rather than translate your old habits. I have learned to love so many new dishes and foods that I never ate before.

It may sound a bit silly, but when your in the supermarket and want to buy animal products, always think about what your purchase means for the animals. Think about it for 5 seconds and you immediately don't want it anymore.

Vegan. Cause I think its wrong to harm and kill animals just for taste if we have the possibility to eat plant based. Beside that it's cheaper, healthier and a lot better for the environment.

Yes. With every phone. Even with build in Gorilla glass, you will get scratches. I have never had any problems with sticking on the protective glass. No bubbles, no dust.

I have a HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10, 8G.

I don't know why its this slow. I thought that would be normal. Its just running qBittorrent, a VPN and Jellyfin under Win10. (Im to lazy to switch to Linux. Dont touch (a moastly) running system.) Anything above 20 global upload slots, and Jellyfin has to puffer the playback every 5 seconds.

Aiii! I have some rare torrents with only a few active seeders, but I can only seed about 8 torrents at a time due to my very slow server. If I try to seed more, Jellyfin doesn't work properly.

Currently, I select a few torrents to seed for a few days, and then I switch to new ones. However, I feel bad for those who need to download torrents with only a few or no seeders while I have them but not actively seeding. I could activate these "dead" torrents, but I don't want to waste my bandwidth by not seeding most of the time.

Is there a way to automatically detect and activate demanded torrents with no active seeders? While deactivating running torrents which don't are in need of seeding?

Is there a lightweight version of the steamstore? It's loading forever and feels very bloated to me.

Account registration has been enabled again because I got a lot of emails asking for Invidious accounts. They will be closed on February 26th at 00:00 UTC so make sure to make an account if you want one because I will not reply to emails asking for accounts in the future.

Hello! I use 2 Lemmy accounts. The first one for everyday use, the second one for specific, more anonymous use. They both are on the same instance and follow the same communities. But when I look at the same community, with both accounts, I see not especially different posts, but on one account the oldest Post is 7 months old, and with the second account I see every recent post.

It's like im shadow banned or something. Yes im 100% sure its the same community. Even if i go on the profile of my main account I can only see 2 out of 25 posts.

EDIT: The answer to my problem was my language settings! Lemmy blocked a lot of posts because of this. Quite interesting for me because I didn't know that. If you have set your language to Belgian for example, you will only see content from people who have set their language to Belgian. Even if their posts are written in English. But you can set multiple languages by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on your preferred languages. This is not solved well in my opinion.

Ohhh boy.... how many posts I probably missed because of this....

It seems like this community is unmoderated since 2 years. Unfortunately only admins are able to post, so this community is condemned to death. I would like to bring this community back to life (If it ever lived).

I have recently started to care more about my privacy and anonymity, so I am just scratching the surface and still don't know much about it. I know that you should not log into any accounts with sensitive information while using the Tor browser to prevent your identity from being leaked. What about websites (like Lemmy, Masterdon, etc.) that can't leak personal data because I never provide any directly? I use Mullvad + alias email addresses to log in.

What if I logged into my Lemmy account outside of Tor without a VPN one single time? So Lemmy should have received my real IP and location at some point. Could someone find personal data because of this single, unprotected login while I'm browsing Lemmy through Tor?

Thanks for any answers and explanations!
