the keyboard+mouse combo is a standard device and will work fine without any configuration. bazzite includes xone, again, chances are it will just work.

Chances are they will work without issue.

USB drivers aren’t something you’ll need to go searching for, most chipset drivers are something built into the kernel.

Bazzites’ use of a modern up to date kernel and the fact that USB HID works better on Linux than windows should benefit you. Furthermore it builds on Valves work supporting as many input devices as humanly possible with Steam.

The only concern you should have are things like RGB or non-standard hardware that requires extra software to operate. One of these things is an XBox One controller as it’s not a standard USB HID

HD Base-T does exist but I know what you mean.

Cyberpunk looks good enough on all high, 1440p60 and no ray tracing

If you can live with RT off it’s probably not with it, or grab a 9070.

Do you have Vulkan-radeon installed? Any errors running vulkaninfo? Your cpu is old, I wouldnt expect much more than 40 fps with ray tracing

I do have a 6700xt and can test with cyberpunk for RT if you want

Batocera has a good list

Otherwise, I would consider that Linux is not the limit/cause of incompatibility and most will work out of the box just fine.

A website with zero information, and barely anything on their huggingface page. What’s exciting about this?

Ahh, you should link to the model

There is no plan. Psycho-analyzing the pigeon shitting on the chess board is masturbation at best.

Totally agree that it’s a sound strategy to keep their latest and greatest on home soil. At the same time they are starting to implement tooling for important parts of clients designs like
