Honorable mention for https://odysee.com/ I still use YT but I also like Odysee. And I use Freetube on my Linux laptop for YT, works great! Edit: format

I recommend supplementing your diet with some liquid calories. When I'm physically working at my maximum, it's hard to eat enough solid food. So I have been drinking meal replacement shakes with maltodextrin added. Make a liter or two of this and you can keep going all day.
Maltodextrin is basically corn sugar, it's in a lot of processed food and also many weight gainer mixes that bodybuilders use. It's also cheap easy calories for your body to digest.
I also make these snacks that are energy dense and tasty. They give me a boost when I need it https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/239969/no-bake-energy-bites/
If I were you, I would get a full hormone blood test done, incorporate some new stress management practices like daily meditation and consider some antiinflammatory additions to my diet like high EPA fish oil and/or CBD. In my experience, low carb certainly does show results also.
Even after all that, it's important to remember that everyone's body changes as it gets older, and to accept that you're doing the best that you can
I'm in a similar boat. Spotify is infuriating for a variety of reasons. For one, I just cannot understand how they screw up their android app so frequently. It's constantly riddled with new bugs almost every update. And I hate how little they pay the actual artists.
I've been reading the buzz about music streaming services for a long while now. Qobuz is what I'm going to try next.
I also keep Pandora because their recommendations algorithm is the best in the business, in my experience.
