I have a hard time understanding why we should fund philosophy studies with government money. I would need some convincing.

This is a response to a comment that said that a human being would drive better to specify that it's being vastly proven that that is not the truth.

But, once again, we are in Lemmy. So New Technology = bad.

Most people have exactly the same opinion about any self-driving car. Even those using lidar.

Lemmy has a high anti technology bias.

I would lo to be able to justify buying a 1500€ vr set. But using it for one or two games does not make the threshold for me.

I hope they make more really good games so it become justifiable.

I don't think the United States is going to turn into freaking Yemen. It's not good for your mental health and those surrounding you to start thinking you are actually going to get executed or something like that.
