Great Artwork!
Hard to evaluate. Without the gift it's too expensive. But you normally don't know if you want to promise, before seeing the hand. It isn't dead if the opponents hand is empty, which is nice.
It still cracks me up, that the top down design for frogs seems to be: frogs bounce.

No 'Go West' by the Marx Brothers always bothers me, even though I understand most people don't mean a comedy, when they say western.
And Path of Exile did so on release in 2013.

Tendrils of Corruption used to cost 3B and didn't target planeswalkers, so it's still a pretty nice jump in playability.

"affordable". A technology in this stage will not be afforadable, when the large scale has never been, no. Maybe in 50 years, but we have to fix our energy problems in 10 to 20. So just use renewables.
