I heard you potheads can go wild sometimes

Some of them come up with that but I’ve not worked out the pattern yet. You might be on to something about them being on other instances, I’ll check..

it’s ok so far, but unlike Apollo where you can get it to show the post title only it seems like it wants to expand everything. so there’s a lot more scrolling involved atm

you can collapse comments in thread, but not collapse the OP if it’s a huge long one like this

Having this pinned means I have to scroll past this and the other one e v e r y s i n g l e time I go to my homepage in the Mlem iOS app 😂

Is there a way of finding popular communities across the federated lemmyverse? And on a smaller scale can I find popular communities on my instance?

Edit: leaving for posterity, but! there’s a “local” and an “all” in the communities browser: https://lemmy.world/communities/listing_type/All/page/1

this is an interesting concept - is Lemmy.blahaj.zone your personal instance, closed to registration from the public? I can totally see the draw in doing this and self hosting my own, then I don’t need to worry about performance of someone else’s instances

Totally up for this if you still need more! Straight into the deep end!

so were a lot of the digg-exodus redditors though. the only difference is there’s been a decade of other new users since
