In iraq, the insurgets blew up the left abd right sides of the road. you litterally can only drive in the middle of the road, some roads where blown up all together so we just had to follow the guy in front of us and hope to not get blown up :P

I was at the Conversation Corps in the Day room with my then GF as soon as the second plane hit I thought I was watching a show. I went and got other people and we just watched. Saw people jumping to there deaths

Been thinking lately. I used rif for reddit and I would get new post and I would reply upvote do whatever and then go about my business. I would check into reddit once in a while to tidy things up and go about my business. That wasn't fair to people that like my sub and depended on content and moderation. I'm starting to realize that I'm checking lemmy, kbin and mastodon off and on also and I think that is the way I will be browsing from now on. so I won't be able to keep this community so its up for adoption. shoot me a pm and I will add you so I can step down.
