You're not even paying for cheats in a ubisoft game, you're just buying back the time they added in with pointless grind so you can play through the short storyline without having to run fetch quests for an extra 50 hours to pass through the level gates.
I love them paying for a denuvo license on a game no one even cares enough about to pirate anyway.
Ubisoft may have given up making entertaining games a long time ago but they still provide me with entertainment.
I guess when you consider global pop and how many overall die from violence then it makes the number look quite small.
However I think due to the nature of these deaths, committed by a person in the victims life who should be at best a source of protection and safety, it's pretty fucking grim to consider.
Also here in Europe this is the type of construction we use for a garden shed, not a house.
Even when we do modern timber frame, it's generally still brick or block at the bottom. How long do these houses last in the US? I imagine a lot of the continent is pretty humid
One side's supporters partook in the education system while the other went to church?
They're accustomed to gibberish...
With the exception of indy games if they're priced in a way I'm happy to take a punt, I only buy games after putting a few hours into the pirate copy. With the near extinction of demos and amount of bs out there over the last decade plus this became my only way of buying. It's why I bought the first KCD back in the day.
Without a copy to evaluate, I'm happy to wait for it to be cracked, and then happy to wait for the DRM to be removed before purchasing to avoid any related performance issues. It's a shame, but I'm not gonna lose sleep over it..
This is usually pretty consistent. I'm well into my 30s and it was the same when I left school, some left on a mission so do something with their lives, others left preaching doom and hopelessness. Regardless of the luck of their upbringing, of those I still know of, the doomsayers are mostly depressed bums and the others are all doing stuff and have purpose.
Life really is what you make it and nothing long lasting is built over night.
Mashing x to doubt...
That timeline was trotted out to make it sound pre no man's sky during marketing. Inside sources had it's real development time as way shorter, hence it's so terrible even for a Bethesda game
Coming to Lemmy means losing some of the really well supported niche communities from Reddit of old and that was the biggest hit of leaving, but the site being such cancer now I wonder how well they are doing anyway.
Lemmy, once you've blocked 90% of the weird tankies, really does feel like Reddit from 10+ years ago in the comments. It's just a shame due to its current small size how single minded the general feed often feels. Hopefully that improves
