The easiest is to use a Notes app with a sync feature in the first place. If your app(s) do not support that, I guess you will need to copy/ paste it into a new Notes app which does support syncing. 'Joplin' and 'Standard Notes' are two very nice (and are even open source) Notes apps which do that perfectly IMHO.

Another approach is to switch to a distractless Launcher. I personally use Olauncher, needed 2 days to get used to it... never looked back.
