Headline is misleading. This only passed the state Senate. It has not passed the state assembly yet. It also would need to be signed by the governor if it does pass in the assembly.

Seriously. Every god-damned week there is a new security advisory release for multiple vulnerabilities in Chrome.
You could just get a largish key chain accessory.
Hey man. The emperor abandoned Horus by, checking notes, going to Earth and working on a project. Making a pact with chaos was the obvious outcome.
You also have the Dark Crystal, Water Ship Down, The Last Unicorn, Watcher in the Woods (which was a Disney movie!) and the Secret of NIMH. Seriously, kids movies in the eighties were horrifying.
Here's hoping they go through with this.

There will be two dates on products. "best of used by" is what you are used to and when grocery stores will most likely pull the product. "Use by" date will be a second date further out where you might want to actually throw it away.
