Wait, is that not ‘normal’?

It was the conservative/lib dem coalition that brought in same-sex marriage, and it’s widely accepted by all political sides as perfectly acceptable. There are of course still fringe groups (usually religious) that oppose it, but that’s not restricted to one political party or another (well, it’s probably more extreme right wing than tories are at the minute). And for the most part, people ignore these (unless imo, they’ve been sucked into American talking points online) The political parties of the uk tend to be slightly more to the left than the US, and socially more left again. Gays aren’t a thing to vote on, probably the next issue is trans people though.

Consider this from they conference: London Assembly chair ejected during Braverman speech https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-66993794

Less extreme tories are well aware they’ve got a massively bigoted party that don’t represent the majority of the UK.

So, I want the following to happen, does anyone have any advice the best way to make the conditions in HA?

If it’s bright outside, close the blind and turn on the light If it’s dark outside, close the blind and turn on the light If it’s anywhere in between, keep the blind open - if it’s ‘dark enough’ turn on the light as well.

I haven’t bought any lux sensors yet. I do believe it’s a lux sensor I need. Can I make this automation with 1 (pointing outside and using that value to control both the light and blind) or would I need to have 2? (I assume, one pointing outside controlling the blind, the other in the room controlling the light?

To some extent. But why can’t you just match those with like-for-like accessibly features turned on?

This is ridiculous. When will these companies decide they’ve made enough profits and run their companies in a way people enjoy the product as was probably originally intended. Sorry, wishful thinking there!!

Borderlands 3 on PS plus. Which leaves in a couple of week, so I doubt I’ll have the time to complete it before it does!
