Weakest president ever. FGS imagine another US president just meekly passing on a Russian threat rather than saying what the USA is going to do about it
If it’s all J visas this could also impact (though given it’s already May maybe not too much ) the seasonal student exchange programmes eg summer work in theme parks/summer camps.
