Didn't perceive the AI enthusiasm as too bad. At least they also covered self hosted LLMs and don't seem like they fell completely for that hype.
The crypto stuff is difficult to stomach though. More of an issue on their other podcasts though.

I'm especially hopeful that native support will make those extensions even better.

The lightbulb cartell existed, but it wasn't like we could have had lightbulbs that would have lasted longer with the same efficiency and light output.
The difference between a conspiracy theory and a conspiracy is that the latter has actual evidence for it. I don't think that's the case for the lab leak "theory".
