Yeah I do that too. When I get really enthusiastic about something, I can talk about it for hours. So, it exists.

But I'm glad you can bring up the mental energy to talk about a topic for a long time! That means you're healthy :-) (imo)
The most important ones that come to my mind:
Maps (like Google Maps, just FOSS) ideally with transportation routing for every country. This could be a lot of work and is definitely not a "small project".
Browser (like Firefox). Like 50% of everything I do happens through the browser.
File Explorer, PDF viewer, ...
maybe some puzzle games to play when bored. I don't really use much else.
Oh and a Youtube alternative would be nice, but not necessary. You can already visit some through the browser.
First of all, don't feel bad for not having sex. The right to a self-determined life is important, be it sex or no sex.
I'm very sorry for your story. If you'd live in a society with better social welfare, I'm sure you'd do much better. Unfortunately, I don't really have good advice for what to do in your situation.

In some countries (like Germany) they have special hotels which are essentially free or low-cost, which have the sole purpose of helping women or people in a difficult, abusive relationship gather some distance from their abusive partner. In German they're called "Frauenhäuser" (women's houses). Maybe such a thing exists where you live, too?
I'm sorry for your encounter. They were an asshole and it's not your fault. Such encounters exist, but are rare. I hope you will be able to see that these cases aren't the "normal scenario", and not something that you will always have to expect. Hope that helps you :)

All life is based on large quantities of Water. The same will be true on Mars. There has to be a major and reliable source of water on Mars.
What options are there? I read an interesting article yesterday that said "Our results show a two-order-of-magnitude diurnal variation of water vapor pressure, suggesting a strong atmosphere-regolith interchange", in other words, the soil on Mars extracts water out of the atmosphere in the nighttime and releases it in the daytime. This means that if we collect the soil and "bake" it, it would release water vapor in a controlled environment. We could then condense that water vapor to get useful/useable water.

What is shown is some kind of re-interpretation of the "princess and the pea" saga. Instead of showing the princess' over-sensitivity to small things, it displays the princess' love for plants and nature.
