The cost of a medication is negotiated between the government, through the Department of Health, and the supplier of the drug. The agreed price becomes the basis of the dispensed price of the medication which is negotiated between the government and the Pharmacy Guild of Australia under the current Community Pharmacy Agreement. The dispensed price includes the wholesaler's markup, pharmacist's markup, and a dispensing fee. Pharmacies purchase PBS-listed drugs from the wholesaler or supplier, and claim the difference between the dispensed price and the patient co-payment contribution from Medicare Australia.

as it stands since my original comment, major news sources have been reporting it and no longer consider it a fringe report.

what’s with fringe posts discussing LRAD use by Serbian police on the crowd? i’ve seen a couple of videos but for the crowd size, you’d imagine there’d be more. commenters on the videos seem to be claiming the few videos as irrefutable proof but all you see in the videos is crowds scattering.

the intro seems a naive view of the American dream. I’d argue veterans of WWII came home and achieved the American dream but the billionaires were well underway stealing the American dream during any war the author—being 44 years old—was deployed to. In fact, they were probably deployed for the billionaires who wanted more oil money.
