No, I get it. My phones should last at least five years and some of them even have longer uses after being my primary phones. For example, I still plan to use my Redmi Note 4 Pro (mido) as a Kodi entertainment center with postmarketOS, even after six years of heavy daily usage. Every time I buy a phone I try to make sure it's officially supported by Lineage OS, but people in general just want the new thing. Honestly, the mobile phone industry doesn't even change that fast anymore. A 3-yo phone is basically as good as the new shiny thing.

Mexican here. I don't agree with you at all. To me, Mexico is finally turning into a democracy and, while things can always be better handled, things are turning for good after the horrible 2006-2018 period. About 2000-2006, yeah, it was an okay period. The president was a clown, though, but at least he was not an assassin en masse like Calderon.

In the vet's waiting room there's a warning that roughly says "Don't touch Cristobal, he can be bad sometimes". . . . Cristobal is a common name for guys in Spanish, and the warning doesn't state Cristobal is a cat. It doesn't say "don't pet" either, it just states you shouldn't touch him. My favorite part was that Cristobal can be bad only sometimes.
