It was a soviet poster - there has been a lot of them, each showing people from different republics doing stuff together. Like people from occupied Baltic countries cared of people from Kazakhstan and everyone wanted to be together

Of course there are fucking details attached! Ukraine is quite attached to its territory and survival, Greenland is attached to Denmark, healthcare and social security, Canada and Mexico are attached to the idea of not having an asshole neighbour. It's like every situation has reasons under it, what a surprise!

It matters, because it's not about messages, it's about the interface and all the logic which was built over a long period of time. Having an OS-native gui is better because it's faster, it's "already there" and not just loads, and it's all done in the desktop app already.
