Wow. So much for the lemmy community here.

The only opinion I'm giving is respect others regardless of how anyone feels on the matter. And that still stands. I'm not giving any opinion on lgbtq+.

But all these comments about "hitting others" and name calling is the complete opposite of respect. If someone has a view that you don't agree with then talk, or say OK and leave the conversation.

Don't read too deep and make assumptions with my comments. My intentions are true, I just want a global community of respect.

I think the key word here is respect. Just because others don't agree with a certain stance doesn't mean they should be victimised (and that's on both sides).

Opinions help create a dialogue, and dialogue helps understanding and compassion.

I should also mention I'm on New Communities.

Thanks all. I'm using Jerboa for Lemmy on android. I know these are simple questions but I'm pretty new to this decentralised social stuff.

So are you saying find the community on the sites you've listed then somehow link them to my account?

Is there a way I can use the same account across multiple places; lemmy.world, beehaw, kbin.social etc

What's the best way to find communities?

I can't seem to find communities. I've joined 4 but I'm not sure how I even found them. I think someone must have mentioned them in a comment somewhere.

Are there filter options in not aware of? I know I can search but I don't know what I don't know. I'd like to see a random selection of popular comments across all communities
