"Biden's proxy wars" thanks for the warning that you're absolutely full of shit

you're demonstrating at least one logical fallacy - the false dichotomy that our only choices are "vote for genocide" or "vote against genocide". this grossly misrepresents the situation. and I'm pretty sure you know what you're doing.

if you want to change things, do it from the ground up not the top down. vote for the "little" positions, the local elections. they've put us in this position with these small roles and gerrymandering. fix the illness, not the symptoms.

this is exactly why I switched - "I hope you're well" requires no response

haha, retire. as long as we're dreaming, i guess i'll spend my time riding unicorns on the moon.

but seriously, if this is somehow really an option for you... i'd teach community education classes. art, programming, basic cooking, whatever. i've met a lot of great friends in community ed. i think it'd be rad to contribute back.

i've done this several times, starting from scratch each time. it works for me

Poorer? No. Richer? Also no. Cheaper? Some things, like housing and wine. Other things, same or more expensive (such as electronics) Healthcare was at least as good but easier to get into.

I was constantly surprised just how normal/at home I felt. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
