It's a little hard to discern victims or villains on any side of the Luigi Mangione trial. I'm not sure who you're referring to in your comment.

He's referring to the guy defending the CEOs. He's defending them to not let them play the victim

That didn't really clarify much for me. The image doesn't include anybody defending CEOs. The CEO and the Healthcare Reformist are ideologically opposed in matters aside from being against pointless murders. It's only funny in the context of Luigi Mangione supporters being opposed to them both.
