Basically a guy presenting some issues with modern technology.

And in the middle of it (around 9 minutes for people curious), I learn that apparently there is something such as "black out policies" for home games in your home town?

Hm, so the offer is fractured all over the place.

The guy in the video was in bad luck, because his team never really got a reliable network to buy the right for the team, and the NBA would still not show the games due to blackout policy. What a mess.
