Don't pay for it, just put it up. A few basic tools and a hi vis vest and you can do anything you want. Ladder where appropriate.
There is power in a high vis vest, true. People assume you’re where you’re supposed to be while wearing one. The original studies threw in a clipboard for extra effect. Substitute black tablet for extra effect now.
Or… pay for it and let it stay up for the duration of the contract so vastly more people get to see it?
