I was told to look at this and think about how I feel in that moment once a day to practice.

i wish they could pair these with what the body feels like. the words mean nothing, each of these slices could just as well be a random emoji to me.
You gotta start in the middle. Rn you only know "I feel bad". If you think about it (and talk with therapists ideally) you can go towards "I feel sad and a bit angry at myself for not achieving anything today and anxious about the future". And then slowly unravel that ball of bad feelings and realising the individual causes for each feeling
last therapist i went to, when i couldn't explain things in more detail than "bad", gave me a 200 page book recommendation. not so that i would feel better, but so that i could explain myself to them.
