This is a place to motivate each other to control or stop drinking. It is also a place for non drinkers to discuss and share.

This is normal. Happens with any type of substance abuse. Part of it is your brain reorienting to a new norm (kinetics, thought processes...etc), and part of it is your body taking time to not constantly be "on guard" for a regular flood of alcohol you've been giving it for an extended period of time. Higher metabolism, cravings for sugar, improved GI activity...all that good stuff. It's a good thing. Just go with it 😂
