When was war declared? I have not had the memo.
In any case I'm not entirely sure on what you are putting forward here.

War was declared about the same time trump took office again.
He's putting forth that it's state vs it's constituent.
I wouldn't pin this particular thing on Trump. This war has been going on awhile.
I dont like trump either mate, but you're gonna have to elaborate, cause this is all i got so far.
Trump elected > war on cops > cop kills son > father kills other cop > justified because of war with cops
I choose to believe people can't be as cognitive dissonant as OP saying cops (state) started a war since Trump (federal) took office, it must be a psyops by foreign entities to purposely promote a rebellious zeitgeist.
On a related note, I wish there is a way I could configure which federated Lemmy instances I could remove from my feed, ml would be gone so fast...

They got together to protect the fucker that did. They are accomplices. They are participants.
Why dont you care about the killing of the unarmed kid?
Why arent you talking about that being punished more lightly than this man killing an armed uniformed combatant? Was the murderer punished at all? Or was this man the only justice his murdered child was ever gonna see?
Because that's the kind of thinking that cops use on civillians, the kind of thinking that killed that kid and that cop.
And saying I dont care about that poor child is just bad faith argument, I wont reply to you again.
A child was murdered.
The thing that killed him was not punished. Not at all.
Say that it was wrong to kill him. Say that this man should not be punished worse than the pig who killed his son, for killing an armed uniformed enemy combatant, on the clock with a job description that involves danger.
Because if you don't believe that, you are not a human being.
So by not saying all those obvious things, that i would just naturally assume of anyone, im less than human?
