It's a guy playing the beginning of the game, it's filmed in vertical with the phone :) Will most likely be taken down very soon.

I didn't watch the intro, just skimmed through the gameplay parts, looks really good.

When the first gameplay video of Tears of the Kingdom leaked, people complained how bad the person was playing and that they basically had the gaming abilities (and temper) of a child.

People who leak those super games do this precisely because they are not smart. This person here is probably not smart enough to even consider recording in landscape mode.

Also they are going to get their ass sued off by Bethesda/Microsoft.
