I'm honestly still half-expecting Trump to try to pardon the assassin.
Minnesota charges will still apply. Can't pardon those.
Ah yes, because our commander-in-chief so famously respects the rule of law.
His respect over them doesn't matter when it comes to state charges. He's 100% powerless to that, no matter how much he tries to get around it.
