At this point, after seeing that new budget, I'm just trying to think of ways to defraud the shit out of ICE. They're going to be writing checks without even glancing at the PO unless it's over 10 million
Send their office an invoice for whatever, they'll probably just pay it.
Make sure to also provide the service. Otherwise you could get in trouble for fraud.
That has to be a market for XXL bulletproof vests. Although it's the US so that's probably already a thing.
