Yall really think the media is an accurate representation of everyday life? It’s not
I mean, the thing is, at least with crime, you can still hope that the law enforment isn't having a bad day and totally being shitty and maybe have a chance of stopping the crime.
But when law enforcement becomes the criminal, who the fuck do you go to? That's what's scary, there is no recourse if it happens.
You can shoot a criminal in self-defence and be fine, but if that criminal is an ICE agent, you're gonna have a bad time trying to defend yourself in a court that's stacked against you, if you don't get "suicided" with 2 bullets in the back of your head, that is.
This is unprecedented. Idk how often it happens, but the fact that illegal arrests are on the rise is not really gonna put my mind to rest. It's only rare until it happens to you, and they just passed the biggest budget ever.
Unprecedented.
