Carney can't decide if he wants elbows up or not. In fact, he flipflops so much, he looks like hes doing the chicken dance.
No I think he knows exactly what he's doing and it has very little to do with anything Trump does, despite what he or anyone else says.
He's handing our money to corporations and butt fucking us in a much quieter way than PP would have, but he seems to be doing it very intentionally.
He's a banker. He's on capitalism's side, not the people's.
His literally said housing prices shouldn't fall, even though he have a world leading housing bubble that threatens to bring down our entire economy. This level of mismanagement is how communist countries are created.
