What happens with your cat on the weekends? Sorry, I realize that's not the point of the post, but I'm so worried about the cat being left alone all weekend!
My elderly neighbors are taking him in over the weekends :) He loves them a lot and they love him :)
Oh good! Typical cat with multiple families. Glad to hear you're both doing well!
Is there anything unwholesome about any part of this story? That's so lovely. I'm a complete stranger but I'm happy you're experiencing such a positive shift in your life, it's really heart-warming. Neurotypical people may never get the chance to experience something so amazing.
Please hug your kitty with your new-found energy. And maybe get your wife (and neighbours?) some flowers or snacks as a thankyou. Your new chapter is something worth celebrating with them.
I would assume being free fed on the weekends, there's probably already a water fountain or something, mine has enough to go for three or four days after being filled, and then of course, litter box can go for ages with a single cat
