That's what we call an "echo chamber". Everyone agrees ads suck but your surroundings agree wholely on deserving everything for free with zero attempt to make money from the services you use.
Just use an ad blocker!
historically, including the early years' print edition at uw, the onion has always had ads.
Alright, I'll bite. Considering they're a free publication, please enlighten us as to how they could afford to continue to run without ad revenue.
Writers should create entertainment for me but all of it should be free!
