how to correctly stop seeding a torrent file? (discuss.tchncs.de)

i downloaded a torrent file, and for good practice started seeding overnight reaching more than the 1:1 ratio, should i just delete the file or is there a way to correctly stop seeding?, im using qbitorrent

(im posting here because the community is more active and its kinda related)

thank you, makes sense to leave it as Completed, if by any circumstance some of the torrents i've downloaded lack the presence of seeders ill help :p
